‎ The THE ENGLISH AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES ‎UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD, A.P has published an Advertisement No. ‎‎2/2009 dated 02-07-2009 for seeking applications For Assistant Professors ‎posts in VII. School of Middle East and African Studies:20. Dept. of Arabic ‎Language and Linguistics – 3 (2-UR, 1-OBC)Translation (English & Arabic) ‎‎/ Arabic Language / Arabic Linguistics21. Dept. of Arabic Literature – 1 ‎‎(UR)A Comparative Study of Indo-Arabic Literature / History of Arabic ‎Literature and the interview was held on 20th April 2010. ‎

The EFLU had published a defective advertisement which had caused & ‎confusion among applicants and as a result many ineligible candidates got ‎chance of back door entry to appear in the interview.‎
Earlier it was Department of Arabic Only, Recently it was ‎changed into 1. Dept. of Arabic Language and Linguistics & 2. Dept. of ‎Arabic Literature.‎

All The O.C & B.C Candidates who attended for the post of Assistant ‎Professor in the 1. Dept. of Arabic Language and Linguistics don’t have ‎any type of Diploma, Degree etc. in Linguistics except me.‎

The selected O.C & B.C Candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in ‎the 1. Dept. of Arabic Language and Linguistics & 2. Dept. of Arabic ‎Literature don’t have S.S.C & , Intermediate any type of Diploma, ‎Degree etc. in Linguistics except me, even though they ‎didn’t selected me. ‎
‎ They never study S.S.C & Intermediate, Degree ‎in their life. In all recruitment process through out ‎India is 10+2+3+2(S.S.C, Intermediate, Degree ‎&P.G) is essential.‎
Nearly 45 Candidates attended for the post of Assistant Professor in the ‎each 1. Dept. of Arabic Language and Linguistics.‎
Nearly 45 Candidates attended for the post of Assistant Professor in the 2. ‎Dept. of Arabic Literature.‎

The Interview was completed with in 5.Five Hours for the post of ‎Assistant Professor in the 1. Dept. of Arabic Language and Linguistics & ‎‎2. Dept. of Arabic Literature.‎

They stared Interview at 11.30 A.M to 2.00 P.M = 2.30 Hours.‎
Lunch 2.00 P.M to 3.00 P.M
They stared Interview 3.00 P.M to 4.30 P.M = 1.30 Hours.‎
Total = 4.00 Hours.‎
‎ 4 Hours X 60 Minutes = 240 Minutes‎
‎ 90 Candidates‎
Then They Interviewed Less than 3Minutes for each ‎Candidate for the post of Assistant Professor in the 1. Dept. of ‎Arabic Language and Linguistics & 2. Dept. of Arabic Literature

‎ I am sure if we will go in depth, we will succeed in unearthing more such ‎instances and irregularities and will find that most of the candidates who have ‎qualified this interview are those who are from Bihar State & ‎Nadwa Madrsa only or except 2 persons from A.P because they ‎went to Court, Then they were selected.‎
‎ Because The Dean of School of Middle East and African Studies & Head ‎of the Department of Arabic Literature is Professor. Mohsin ‎Usmani is from Nadwa Madrasa & Bihar State , & Head of the ‎Department of Arabic Language and Linguistics is Dr. Syed Rashid ‎Naseem is also from Nadwa Madrasa.‎
